My Roots, Our Routes: National Orchestra for All Season Finale 2020 - Postponed

  • LSO St Luke's 161 Old Street London EC1V 9NG (map)

We're really sad to have to postpone this event due to the ongoing risk of the spread of Coronavirus Covid-19. We know how much all our young musicians and OFA team had been looking forward to making music together so we'll do everything we can to reschedule activities for later in the year and keep you updated on plans.

The National Orchestra for All season finale will explore music that underpins human migrations and journeys - our own personal journeys and the famous journeys of others.

We will explore music that itself has travelled, learning pieces that are rooted in tradition and place but have subsequently become something else at the hands of its composer.

We will also perform the world premiere of Stories of Silk, composed by Lucy Hale in collaboration with NOFA musicians.
